 If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it by visiting your Account section and selecting the option to cancel the order.


Q3: What is the refund process for cancelled orders?

 If you’ve made a pre-paid purchase that hasn't been shipped, the cancellation must occur before dispatch. Once cancelled, the refund will be credited back to your bank account within 15 working days.


Q4: What is the refund process for returned items?
