Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order any time before it’s shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible.

We may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion for reasons such as:
- Unserviceable or hard-to-reach delivery locations
- Stock shortages or quantity limits
- Pricing or product information errors
- Suspected fraud or terms-of-use violations
- Failure to present a valid ID at delivery
Refunds
- After approval of a cancellation or return, refunds are issued within 15 business days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items
1. Report the issue within 2 days of receipt by emailing support@bangoit.com. Include clear photos or video of:
- The damaged or wrong item
- Packaging and labels
2. Await our return authorization before sending anything back. We do not accept unsolicited returns.
3. Once your request is reviewed:
- We’ll email you a return ticket and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item in its original box with all accessories, labels, serial numbers, and any promotional gifts intact.
- If claims are found invalid, return shipping charges will be billed to you.
4. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll update you on the return status within 24 hours.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Cases
- Free promotional items.
- Orders you refused or failed to collect (wrong/unreachable address).
- Damage occurring after delivery.
All returns are subject to our internal review and approval on a case-by-case basis.
